Question ??need special engine assembly procedure for N20??

Hi I rebulding my 96 lt1 block, I will be using 150 shot (for now...) on 383 stocker engine. I am using all new forged parts, block will bve bored 0.030. This engine will be used mostly NA, with regular use of N20. I was wondering if I need to do anything special at assembly time for use with nitrous. What rings and at what gap? Anything else special, thanks for your help.

How big of a shot are you planning on bumping up to? For just a 150 the standard ring gap you or you builder where gonna use should be fine. 200 and up I would ask one of your local shops that you plan on a 200+ and would like to know what gaps the prefer to run for max perf or life expectancy. Most good shops would be more then happy to help you. It's there way of gaining your trust and making you a possible return costumer.
