If you don't spray through the shifts you will lose ET.
I had my switch set 3000-5800, because I didn't want to ruin my tranny.
I constantly ran 8.1 in the 1/8. Could not break into the 7's, until I changed the switch to 3000-6100. Then got my 7.90
