LT1, what new injectors

I want to upgrade the injectors since I may be running the 150 shot.... they are currently stock lt1's, what should I upgrade to, what brand, etc. I tried searching but I dunno if the search isnt working or what but it came back blank.

Also, what fuel pump are you guys running

Re: LT1, what new injectors

The Racetronix pumps are pretty popular, it's a plug and play system that's pretty easy to install. Their injectors are also pretty popular. If you have any specific questions about either let me know.

Thanks,
Matt

Are you running a wet shot or a dry shot?

If its wet, the injector size is not affected. If its a dry shot, what you need to do depends on how the dry system causes the injectors to flow the extra fuel. If its a dry kit like the NOS 5176, you don't need a larger injector, because the system boosts fuel pressure to supply the extra fuel when you spray. You would require a different type injector than the stockers though, because they don't like to operate at 80-90psi.

Re: LT1, what new injectors

wet kits supply their own fuel to the engine(no need for bigger injectors)...a better F-pump would be more needed than bigger injectors.
