Lt1 timing with 150 shot

what kind of total timing are you guys running with a 150 shot, im running a 383 11.3c.r cc306 on 93 octane and running 30degrees can i go up to 33-38? well this is whats going on im fighting false knock retard (IM SURE IT FALSE) and my 150 tune total timing is 35 but knock retard is knocking it down to 30, my 100 shot tune is 38degrees and is getting knocked down to 33 but the knock is not very consistant so i want to run the 100 shot tune on the 150, so my timing would be from 33-38 will this be ok on a 150 shot?

(For example purposes) My total timing seems to run best at around 37-38 degrees(total).....and I "always" pull (ON ANY ENGINE) about 2 degrees per 50 HP of nitrous(plus 1-2 for added safety)........IMO, your timing tunes seem VERY high for the shots you listed.....if I ran 38 degrees total timing on a 100 shot , unless some spark retard took place, my motor would probbaly detonate some......also, why are you so sure it's false knock your getting........(if you don't have already) get yourself an MSD Digital 6 (or similar unit) so you can dial in your exact amount of timing retard for the shot your wanting to run.......also getting some A/F info on a wideband wouldn't be a bad idea to get things as safe as possible..........good luck with it.....Joe

Im running 100 shot 4 degrees retard timing 2 degrees per 50 hp, total degrees i wouldnt know. I can tell you my car is sooooo sensitive that if i go from 75 to 100 shot and dont retard by one timing it will miss big time.
