lt1 with nitrous
You need a way to add the fuel required for the amount of dry nitrous you spray after the MAF.
The most common way on the LT1 is to use a kit like the NOS-5176, which raises the fuel pressure, only when the nitrous is flowing. The kit includes an inline booster fuel pump, so the system can deliver the required flow at the elevated pressure. That adds additional complications, like the need to change out the stock injectors, because they don't like to operate at the much higher pressures required to add the extra fuel.
You need a WOT switch, so the nitrous system will only work when the throttle is wide open. You also don't want to active the nitrous at too low an RPM, so you typically add a window switch to prevent it from spraying below maybe 2,500rpm for a small shot. You can live without the window switch, but it sure takes a lot of juggling of the throttle and the arming switch.
You can't just run a dry nitrous nozzle after the MAF and nothing else.
