Looking for a bracket that holds two tanks

I saw a picture a few weeks ago of a Camaro owner who installed a dual tank bracket onto his rear deck. I can't find any company or any one for that matter who sells dual tank set-ups.

Yup its made by aerospace components and is on the jegs website, its billet aluminum and looks bad$$.

That's the one I saw... $230!!! ouch! Looks like it has bolt holes to mount on the floor. Says you need $35 mounting rails too. What would police think when I mount it in the area of the back seat?
