I don't remove the opener to get my bottle filled. I found it was easier for me to just take the four allen head screws out of the motor(same method as to remove the cluch assembly) and open and close by hand. Another method is to use a cordless drill battery to open and close the bottle. Either method is quick and easy.

i leave mine open when i leave my house on friday night and close it when i get home early saturday morning. i just check the noids and make sure there are no leaks before fireing up haven't had a problem yet.
