just posted this next door, but....

i just posted this in the LT1 tech forum, but i figured that somebody in here could have had the same problem, so i figured i would post it here, too.
here goes!
getting ready to spray my car, so yesterday i pulled out my AC Delco Rapid Fire plugs for autolite 104's gapped @.039. then today i installed my mallory Hy-Fire VI C/D ignition. i went for a drive and the car has a miss under light load. under heavy load i don't feel it (have not logged any driving yet). it does not feel consistant when i put it in a higher gear to put it under load. almost feels like one of the plugs is only getting spark on every other stroke. do you think i could have miss-gapped one of the plugs? or maybe i should open the gap a tad more because of the new ignition? i am planning on spraying a 100 shot with this setup, but want to make sure everything is good first. anybody have any opinions on this?

i also do my own programming, does anybody think that with the new ignition (better spark) i should start over with programming, or pull some timing or something?
