if you are lucky,it will blow the spark out or melt the tips off the plugs.

Worst case you could crack a few pistons,bend/break rods, hurt the crank, window the block.

why would you even think about trying to run that much on a stock car? hate the car that much?

I think you should do it, get a video of it and post it up here for everyone else to see the next time someone has a question about a 300 shot on a stock car

FWIW, there is an F-Body mechanic local to me who has been running a 275HP NX shot on his '88 GTA with a stock 4-bolt LT1 (from a Corvette) for a couple years with no explosions. His best run was a 11.0x @ 121 I think.

I know people that have sprayed a 300 shot on a stock LS1, it help up fine. In fact it went 10's with a 300 shot and exhaust

I think you can get away with a 300 shot for a while, provided it was tuned correctly.

Get a nice progressive controller and a bad *** fuel setup, and you'll be fine. Just don't live on the kit.

A guy at NX was safely running a 250 shot for quite a while on his stock LT1 short block with a custom built direct port system.
