if you are lucky,it will blow the spark out or melt the tips off the plugs.
Worst case you could crack a few pistons,bend/break rods,hurt the crank,window the block.
why would you even think about trying to run that much on a stock car? hate the car that much?

FWIW, there is an F-Body mechanic local to me who has been running a 275HP NX shot on his '88 GTA with a stock 4-bolt LT1 (from a Corvette) for a couple years with no explosions. His best run was a 11.0x @ 121 I think.

I know people that have sprayed a 300 shot on a stock LS1, it help up fine. In fact it went 10's with a 300 shot and exhaust 
I think you can get away with a 300 shot for a while, provided it was tuned correctly.
