IMO I'd recommend going with a wet kit instead of the dry kit that you have linked. Some good safety tools would be a fuel pressure safety switch, window switch, and a way to retard the timing. A good ignition that can do it all is the Mallory 685 (retard timing and has a built in window switch). Another thing to think about is a bottle heater and purge so you have a solid shot of n2o at the solenoid when your ready to spray. If you havent already you will want to run one step colder plugs. Ive heard that the Autolite 104's or 103's? (i think) and the NGK Tr6(what I run) are a good plug. IMO i wouldnt go more than 150 on a stock bottom end car. I spray 125 and havent had any problems. I see that you have headers on order so doing plugs at the same time as those would be very easy.

Besides retuning and taking out some timing, you would definitly need new fuel injectors (usually of the Ford SVO sort and probably at least a 30#er). If you try and use stock injectors with that kit, they could lock up due to their design and boom, bye bye engine. You would also want to seriously consider a replacement 255 intank fuel pump even though the kit gives you a booster pump. I had the booster with a stock pump and it was actually going lean when the nitrous would kick in cause the stock pump couldn't keep up. Once the 255 was in there along with the booster pump, no more problems.
