How do you hook a NOS mini progressive controler and a 2 step?

How do you hook a NOS mini progressive controler and a 2 step?
Any suggestions? Im thinking running the WOT switch(using a micro switch instead of the TPS) to a relay held open by the trans brake switch. Im worried about timing on the controler. If you hit the brake switch and throw it to WOT the contoller will start timing. Am I right on this?
