How to conver zex dry to wet?

How to conver zex dry to wet?

I am thinking about converting my zex dry kit to wet? What all will I need? And would this be cheaper and more affective than buying 24# svo injectors?

Nitrousoutlet has a conversion kit to go from dry to wet. Im not sure if it will work for Zex but im sure he will chime in if it will. I couldnt find a conversion kit on harrisspeedworks but they might have something that will work also.

if the Zex kit uses the stupid controller box, then it may be harder than normal. If its just uses the solenoid by iteself, then its simple. You'll need a wet nozzle (inlets for fuel and nitrous) the proper jets, fuel feed line from the fuel rail/supply to the solenoid, and then from the solenoid to the nozzle. You can just hook the power and ground to the same as the nitrous noid. Also you will want to place this AFTER the MAF, provided you are running one. the results will most likely be the same as converting the injectors, though this will probably cost less and not take as much time to do. Also, like stated above, the swap kits can be purchased from most any Nitrous dealer or company. should be around 150-200 for the conversion depending on the company

to convert a ZEX from dry to wet you will be replacing the ZEX box

ZEX dry to wet conversion part #81023 $349

I would reccomend selling the ZEX kit and replacing with a complete wet kit.

DAMN 349..you can get a brand new wet kit for like $50 more, I agree with Ray on this one, heck you could always keep the dry zex and run a 2 stage

Why the conversion? Are you wanting to run a bigger shot or are you just worried about fuel flow? I run the 24# SVO's with mine on a 125 shot just for extra saftey. Zero problems so far.
