I can't seem to get anyone to answer this question!!!!!!!!!

I have a supercharged LT1 camaro, with the new HOLLEY 58mm NOS TBI unit. I plan on setting my power at 100hp for the NOS. Holley says for me to use a 47 jet for the NOS for 100hp. My question is how much FUEL do i tell the ECU to add????????
Is there some kind of formula used to determine the amount???? I know NOS is tricky, so i am not looking for exact numbers, i just want a safe starting point!!! I can handle it from there, I think.
