I guess you sort of highjacked Daniel6718's thread.......

What was your 383 built for? Does it have the pistons, in particular set up for nitrous..... e.g. ring clearances, piston thickness, location of the ring pack? Does the cam have an LSA consistant with nitrous use? How much HP is it making NA? The total of NA + N2O HP has to be no greater than the capacity of the weakest component in the rotating assembly.

I guess I sort of did hijack the thread but I don't think we have strayed very far off of the topic.

383 built with Wesco nitrous pistons, nitrous pins and nitrous rings.
Rings gapped for 200 shot but I don't have the paper work with numbers infront of me.
Eagle H beams and Eagle 4340 crank.

Basically I had the builder build it for a 200+ shot.
Cam is on a 112 even though it was supposed to be on a 113. Not the builders fault as it was a cam I was already using.
The car hasn't been on a dyno yet but it will be before I ever install any nitrous.
