Converting from a Plate system to nozzle and other ?s
Converting from a Plate system to nozzle and other ?s
ok, first off currently I am running a Nitrous Works plate system, currently at a 150hp shot. It is hooked up through a ghetto WOT switch.
I would like to switch this over to a nozzle system. I would like to run a 150 shot right now and up to a 200 shot in the future. What exactly would I be looking at to switch over to a nozzle system.
What makes any of the nozzles different such as NOS, NX, etc... Also I see people running a dual nozzle system, what is the benefit over doing that vs a single?
Finally what is a good WOT switch for the LT1's, I am looking into an electronic switch, but would like to save money also so if there are any others that are cheaper, let me know.
Thanks for the help!

Re: Converting from a Plate system to nozzle and other ?s
First off, are you going to sell the plate?? If so I would be very interested in the plate and everything I need to install it on the car (solenoid brackets too if its possible). I bought a Nitrous works kit off a guy who had it on his mustang so now I need a Plate for a LT1. PM me and let me know.
The only things you would need to switch over to a nozzle is the nozzle itself and maybe some longer lines. Its relatively easy to switch over. Of course you will need jets too.
I don't really know if there is a difference in nozzles. But I wouldn't buy some cheap one just because its cheap. Go with a NX if you are going to get a nozzle.
