Post can miss adjustment of tps change n20

basically my 100 hit really good. now since i've been trying to fix some driveability problems it doesn't hit as hard. But i'm not sure if thats the problem. It Appears that its the tps but my car drives better now an don't want to change it back if i don't have to.

How is the TPS mis-adjusted? The TPS doesn't even need adjusted, as the PCM will automatically zero out the throttle angle.

It's readjusted because i loosened the bottom screw and pulled the bottom of the sensor slightly towards the front of the card in hopes to regain some lower rpm driveability. This will change where the computer thinks the throttle is so wide open and idle will have different voltages, so i assume it alters the air/fuel correct?

Well..... not on an 89 GTA - they are adjustable, and need to be adjusted..... assumning that's what he is talking about..... he never bothered to tell us the details.

What nitrous system? What type of WOT switch - mechanical or electronic? Hard to understand how TPS adjustment would affect the nitrous system, unless you have an electronic WOT switch.

Doh! My Bad. Guess I'm just too 4th Gen Minded, and automatically ASSumed.... didn't even notice his board name. Thanx Fred.

OTOH I'm not seeing where the TPS adjustment should be making any difference in the gain with the nitrous system... ASSuming (once again) its a wet system, everything is basically self contained. More details like Fred said.

sorry guys using an nx wet kit with a wot throttle swith.
i'm wondering if by changing the tps position and changing the air/fuel by moving the tps. Can this affect the hit or performance gain from n2o?
