after install questions

I finally got my nx wet kit install finished and I just have a few questions. We tested it and quite frankly i was somewhat dissapointed. I just want to make sure nothing is wrong. We armed it and i went WOT without the bottle on to see if it bogged from the extra fuel and it did not. That was the first weird thing, and then when i sprayed it didn't feel to me like 75 hp. I have never been in a spraying car before but i just thought it would feel alot faster. I sprayed in third at first and it felt a little faster, then i did it in first, with brand new street tires at 3k rpm adn did NOT spin, but did chirp third which i dont usually. I dont know maybe i was just paranoid, i just like to reiterate it did feel faster but to me it didn't feel like 75 hp faster. The bottle was cold but would it really make that big a difference? The guy who installed it definitely knows his nitrous but any thing i should check? Thanks to all that help.

The psi of the bottle makes a huge difference. If the bottle was cold you were probably getting 700 psi when you want to be closer to 1000-1100. Heat thhe bottle up and try it again

set the bottle out in the sun for awhile, or leave your car parked outside with the windows up.... OR a torch, but I wouldn't do that..

Because you didn't have any fuel going in

I'd definitely figure this one out before going too much further. I can't tell you from here why you didn't get fuel, but you may be lucky that your bottle pressure was low enough to not add too much nitrous. Were you monitoring O2's or doing anything else that would tell you whether the engine was running lean? Do you have a FPSS on there? Do you know if the fuel solenoid opened?

Sorry, more questions than answers, but I'd make sure your fuel was working before getting your nitrous working

No not really, I know the install was done correctly because this guy has installed n20 in about 15 cars including his own ls1. When i sprayed with the bottle on it seemed to work fine, just didn't deliver as much power as I thought it wouvld. I don't have a fpss, and i wasn't monitoring my o2, the only other indicatior i can give you is my car seem's to be running just fine, without n20 there is no loss of power. The guy said he thought it was because the bottle was cold. Anything i can checkout now to make sure all is well under my hood?
