Question 103's or 104's PLEASE HELP!!

I know it is the same question that get's asked alot, but I did a search and could not find the answer. I am put a TNT Nitrous kit on my friensds car, and I wiil be putting it 100-150 shot jets in. What plugs and gap should I use? The car is a 96 Trans Am(OBDI), A4, 3.42, Hollow cats, Borla exhaust, Gutted Mass Air, Underdrive Pullies, Trans Go Shift Kit. I will be Dyno Tuning the Car With and Without the Nitrous, But I am changing the Plugs and Wires today after lunch and don't Know witch one's to use. I don't want to loose to much power "Off The Bottle" because I will only be using the Nitrous at the track. ANY SUGGESTIONS??? Thanks in advance!!!

I used 104's gapped at .040 with up to a 175 shot without any problems. Ran great NA also.
