100 shot with bolt-on tune???

Ok heres the deal. I plan on hooking up a 100 shot Zex kit for use on Friday night. All of my mods are in my signature. I have an lt4 hotcam but on a 110 LSA. The only tune I have on the car is a basic bolt-on tune from Madz28.com. I know your not supposed to use nitrous with the power programs and such becuase they advance the timing to gain more power. Is this the same deal with an actual bolt-on tune from Madz28?? Also, do to the fact that I dont have a tune for the cam right now is that going to be a big issue? The car runs pretty good now without the tune and such so I am not sure on that issue. Any help is appreciated, thanks, Dustin.

Yes the car will run better with a specific tune. I would suggest you put in some NGK TR6 plugs and make sure you have some GOOD gas in it..the 100 shot should do fine with that.

MadZ28s tune probably advances the timing some so I would run some race gas just to be on the safe side. If you plan on using nitrous in the long run, look into a retard box so when you spray you can dial it down.
