The big shop in San Jose is Speed Merchant, but I'm not a big fan of them since I think they're overpriced...my opinion only. They have dynos and fill bottles. I do all my work with Synergy Motorsports in Fremont, but Rick doesn't have a dyno at his shop.

try going to Speed Merchant off of Lincoln Ave. They have a chassis dyno, not to sure if they do NOS refills. Here is their website www.speedmerchant.com. Hope this helps.
