11.555@117.96 @ Lacr
Well, her first pass was the best, she ran an 11.555 @ 117.96. It was not a full out pass and we were taking it easy. The track got very slippery at the top end, every fast car was having problems staying in the groove of the track. This is how her pass went:
60' = 1.668
330' = 4.799
660' = 7.395
mph = 94.602
1000' = n/a
1320' = 11.555
mph = 117.960
She had a best 330' pass of 4.682 on a 1.60 60', which could have been an 11.27 pass if the track wasn't so loose past the 1/8 mile mark. Oh well, we are going to do some suspension work, currently we are still on the OEM DeCarbons and OEM springs ... those have got to go! So enjoy the video.
11 second in car video
And as if that wasn't enough, KCAL 9 was out there doing a segment on teenage street racers and they filmed her doing a burnout and going down the track! It aired at 10PM on KCAL, we missed it. I requested a copy of the segment so we can see what my friend Todd was talking about.

Hard to get any car to run quick at LACR, My car only went 13.90 at 101, the DA in the shade was 5000 ft the day I went, do you know of any calculators to find out what this translates too? E-mail me at slomaroz@yahoo.com next time you go, I might have to arrange for a trip out there, Thanks.

To find out the DA for a given day and location, I use weatherunderground.com and input the date in their history. Then I go here to figure it out: http://wahiduddin.net/calc/calc_da.htm
You must know the elevation first prior to calculating the DA. LACR is at 2710'. We will be out again this Friday doing more shakedown passes, as well at being out at Irwindale on Thursday night.

Actually I found it, so going off this calculator http://www.smokemup.com/auto_math/nh...on_factors.php
If I use the DA as altitude It says 13.0 which is a bit extreme I think, If i used 2710, I get 13.45, Any guesses on which might be more accurate?
