Thanks to Kevin G. I passed Emissions.

Thanks again Kevin for sending me that EGR tube no charge,my sticker was due Nov10th.

You definitely got me out of a jam.

The EGR tube I purchased from a guy in Colorado got here this week.

I recieved the part from you that week and Failed my first test on NOX only.

I dumped the computer, changed the fuel filter and drove it around for a few days.

I retested on the 25th and passed.

At least I didn't get busted for the expired tags. LOL

Your replacement EGR Tube is in the mail.

BTW a big thumbs down to GM for their company wide back order and out of stock position on EGR Tubes for 93-97 LT1 cars

Dave how new are the cats?

High HC is too much unburned fuel, high NOX is too hot combustion and can be caused by a lean fuel condion, non functioning EGR

I posted this last month:

http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...hreadid=194874

There is a link inside about NOX.

The cat is 2 years old but my last cat I had on the car blew all the beads out of it after only one year.I guess since I take the car to the track almost every weekend it is kinda hard on the cat.

It is running a little rich if anything the A/F ratio on the wideband was 12.5:1

Dave did you get to look at the link in the other thread?

Do a new Cat and put some new O2's in and you should get through

You might want to pull off the EGR valve and clean it up with some brake cleaner.
