What a gas!
Another awesome M event.
Thanks to Jason and the crew for the hard work.
Although the morning was a little slow due to the weather
it gave everyone the opportunity to meet members,
discuss setups, and plain old BS.

George,
You are hands down the winner for best burnouts of the event. I was running behind you once and you completely smoked me out and I couldn't see anything. A few other times you completely engulfed your own car which sweet as hell, too.

1.5's on 18" drag radials is simply AMAZING.

I always look forward to seeing your car haul *** down the track.

Congrats!

Edit: Forgot to say thanks to Kevin (kgresock) for the msd pills on such short notice. I got to see your car run a few times as well and I couldn't believe you broke out by like 4 thousandths and gave 'ol hink the win.

Gosh, I wish you had come and told me. I would have gladly given you your money back. It would only be fair since you never even got to make one pass. I still will if you like, just e-mail me how you want your refund. I kinda wondered where you went. Sorry you wasted your time!

I will make a post later recapping the event for those who may wonder.

Thanks Jason! This was my 3rd M event, time goes by quick.

This was also the 2nd M event I took my car too. Hope everyone was happy to see it, sorry I never made any good runs but tuning issues, 3.08 gears, bad driving and lack of experience kept me going slow. I did manage one 1/8th mile run that took me up to 95 MPH. I was impressed, especially with the lousy 1.87 60ft time I had

All in all, I had a good time. Also thanks to everyone who payed to see me run my car, you bastards

Next year mabye I'll have the car in better shape and we'll throw it into the 11's.

I just now emailed you. I wouldn't consider it a waste of time at all since I enjoyed every minute I did get to spend there. Just extremely disappointed I couldn't watch or participate in any of the runs. Oh well, maybe next year.

Thanks, Jason. I would have liked to get more than one 1/4 mile run in, especially since I was spinning and fishtailing all over the place my final run... But weather is one thing that is out of your control. Pete translated my 1/8 times into 1/4 for me and I'm impressed, it was more out of my stock LT1 than I expected. I can't wait until spring to bring her out again and see if they come true in the 1/4.

I had a lot of fun hanging out with a lot of cool people.

All in all, another great M-event!

Thanks Jason!

I had a lot of fun even though I had no new personal bests and only got to run 1/8 miles. I can't wait to get home for good so I can finally sort out whatever the problem with the 'vert is that's causing me to run slower than expected.

Thanks Jason

As always great to see you again.
Had a great time. I just wish we could have had a little bit better weather.
My 1/8s convert to 12.20s all day long so no PB for me. But you got to love the way my car runs consistent.
7.77
7.80
7.77
7.77
All I need now is a driver that is just as consistent.

Thanks Jason for the event and the coordination. Thins went well even if the weather didn't cooperate with our plans. I'd like to have mad e a few 1/4 mile passes but I guess it wasn't meant to be. We all take a big gamble in late Oct for Mich. Yet the car ran well too bad the driver didn't!
