I would like to take both my 69 and the 99. Looking for someone to drive the 99. Interested? It's never been run, has only a whisper lid and K&N. Kinda curious how it will do.
I want to run the 69 just to get a baseline for mods, Probably won't compete in either car unless things go real well. Anyway, give me a holler

Thanks for the offer. God knows I love to drive other peoples cars hard with their permission. But my brothers car is shelved till next weekend so we can run it. Also, I put the pan back on my vert and put fresh fluid in it to get it to the winter storage spot and the damn thing ran fine. In fact second gear hit harder then I ever remember. I might take it if I can figure out a way to do it. But thanks for the offer. I cant believe I am turning down a chance to drive someone elses car at the track, but I have to figure out how to get the van, my brothers bird and mabye my own Z there. Maybe Sinister Syclone is available.

No problem. I think a friend of mine is looking to drive too. Though he is a mopar fanatic, so I am not sure he will be best suited to drive a late model 13 second nearly stock vehicle

Hey thanks Rebecca. Actually, I'm looking for someone to drive it TO the event. I'd like to make a couple passes myself in it, but can't drive them both. Figured if somsone wasn't going due to a broke down vehicle or something, they could drive mine, make a few passes, etc.

If you want to run mine so you can see how the LT1 (yours) drives compared to the LS1 (mine) you're more than welcome to make a pass or two in it

Timberwolf, what kind of 4 speed do you have in your 69? I'll be riding to M7 with Becca (my sister) Friday night, so I can drive either your 99 or one of Quentin's many vehicles he plans on bringing. Let me know, guys.
