Price comes to around 310 bucks a month. Utlities are Gas (very low), electric and phone if u want but u can use ur cell and not be included in that bill. Has brand new washer and dryer, apt. is brand new, A/C, big place and the management aren't *******ss. They have like 3 different payment plans and they all work out to different numbers a month but they average around 305-310 a month. You get free internet and cable tv.
