We are going to hit Milan on the last Saturday of the season on Oct. 30th.

Schedule Info Oct 30th at Milan:
8:00 - 9:00AM - Gates open, file out your papers and tech inspection
9:00 - 10:30AM - TNT, Grudge Matches, Quick 16 qualification runs for class 1
10:30 - Noon - Classes will run
Noon - 12:30pm - Awards and clean up to make room for the 1:00PM TNT event

Costs
The plan is $25 for club members and $30 for guest to race. All spectators will be welcome for Free. We want a good turnout for the Grudge matches during TNT. Club T-shirts will be available for $5 for everyone.

We'd really like to see 30-45 cars get out there and enjoy the crisp air for some PBs or you final tuning runs for the Thunder Southern Shootout.

Classes
Class 1 is our quick 16
Class 2 is the 11.99 and quicker ET bracket
Class 3 is the 12.00 and slower ET bracket

Payouts
We plan on running our point series class with the usual payouts of $100 for first place, $50 for second and $20 for the two semi-finalist that finish 3rd and fourth in each class. We will plan on having our usual gift certificates (1-$100 and 2- $50) available for drawings.

We now the weather is looking rough but we have setup some options to keep the turnout fun. So here's paste job from the club sites.


Talked to the gang at Milan and the are going to do everything they can to make it happen for us tomorrow. So here is the plan.

PLAN 1
I'll be at the gates with them open at 8:30 AM. If things are looking good and clear for our 9AM TNT we'll pass out the tech cards and it's $25 for members and $30 for non-members to race just like we planned with the previous posted schedule.

PLAN 2
If things are looking messy, and we don't get to run until 10AM we'll make adjustments to the cost with Members paying $10 and non-members paying $15. We'll call the following cars for the classes to run for the annual point series totals. Will put together the tree based on who is available with highest points getting any needed byes. The highest points will races the lowest and we'll match them up that way.

PLAN 3
Worst case, if we don't get going until 11AM, we'll run the top two point getters with a lottery for those with the tie in points in each class to set our first and second place in each class. Then the rest of the time will be TNT and everyone will run for free.

Morale of the story here is we want people to get out and come have some fun.
