Maybe I'm an optimist but by the looks of the cloud movement on weather.com, by 2 or so it looks like all the clouds will be northeast of Milan. Right now they are just passing over it (I'm not weather man) but that has got to be a good sign :-). Check it out and see if you're a better meteorologist than me.

Yeah.. it looks like it is a no go... Any confirmation? I know it is raining like mad here.

 

I was just out in Ann Arbor like 45 min ago, which is like 15 min from Milan. It was raining like hell there as well.

 

Looks like it's gonna be canceled...

I'll call Matt tonight and see when the re-scheduale date is and post it.

The re schedule will be on a thursday right? Those are the only days I get off besides sundays

 

lol Kev, it was just gonna be on street tires for the heck of it. It'll prob be like a 13 second run because it would practically be an ice rink. My dad was gonna bring his '29 just to see what it would run, but oh well. We'll more than likely go when they reschedule it. I'd like to see what you're gonna run, but from the sounds of your other posts you won't be making it to the track for a little while.

Well that's good to hear. With all the talk of the Baileys setup and such I thought you currently had it under the knife. Still duking it out with the Street Twin or are you putting in a new one?

 

I am going to be very upset if you guys are having a blast in Milan. I don't know for sure if it was rained out or not.

 

Its still wet here so I'm not going to risk it.

 

I called the track. They said it was cancelled.

I think the Eastern Michigan Camaro Club regularly rents the track on the second Thursday of the month.
