Nice job, maybe next time you can take some time in between writing those bullsh!t tickets and try to do some real police work for a change!
Every cop I know doesn't bother with misdemeanors, most of them want a felony arrest but I guess when you pull someone over for tinted windows you find a felon or two on occasion.

And on another note... Since some people are so obsessed with "enforcing the law" then why don't you go out and write tickets for littering to all of the people who throw cigarette butts out their windows? Thats littering if I ever seen it. You ever stop at a light in a busy intersection and see all of the butts laying ont he ground? Why isn't there any enforcement of the littering law when its done hundreds of times a day? But they're gonna go and pick on the people with tinted windows?

Sorry Jason I said I'd STFU so i'm going to now....

I don't mean to add any fuel to the fire but most police officers I know do get commendations and higher raises for writing more tickets, if they don't fullfill their quota they get repremanded for such. The moral is that there are alot of cops out there who have nothing better to do than to write tickets for tint, it isn't exactly BS because too much window tint is illegal and they have the right to do it, I just think they should be doing better things with their time although there is more of a chance that by pulling over someone for window tint the cops might see some contraband which may allow them to do a thorough search of the car and thats when they have a chance at a real bust. I however do not agree with the cops that simply write tickets to harass people. But if you do have a problem with police officers then find a good attorney and sue the city/police department for harrassment.

Maybe after you pass the bar you can represent some of us in Roseville for their loitering tickets Then we can go from there...
