Looking for splice/repair kit for stock plastic fuel lines..>>

I remember a few years ago that gm or somebody has
a repair/splice kit for the stock plastic fuel lines..
anybody know where to get it..?
I called the local gm dealer but they could not find any info on it.

"I figured that since I've removed the Fuel Evap system
and I need to run a return line to my aux fuel system
in the rear..I could just reuse the evap line.."

Thanks Loads ahead!

havent seen anything for them, and I believe they say right on them "do not repair". but, you can use a heat gun to heat/soften it, then install the end on a brass barb fitting, then reheat it to shrink it and put a hose clamp on it to be safe while its still soft. Im sure it will work, esp. since its on the return side and see's little act. press. thats my idea anyways. BTW, Ive reused an evap line to conn. a mann. port to a boost gauge using the facory evap line and heating it in this fasion. looks pretty trick IMHO

what about using a poly line fitting used in the punmatic controls industry?.
You find one for your line size ..fun part
You just push the line into them and when you thread them into what ever your connecting to they seal the line.
Check out Parker or this

I bought a GM fuel line repair kit from Autozone when some ******* exhaust guy burned through mine. Worked great, never leaked, easy to use. It was like 15 bucks. Its a few feet of the hard black plastic tube, and a metal fitting. you heat the stuff up, and slip themetal barb in the one end. To heat the line on the car was a little tricky, and painful. I had to hold a cup of near boiling water up by the tank so the fuel line could get in it. I held it in there for a few min, then quickly jammed the metal thing in it. Once it cooled it contracted, and like i said, no leaks. Even drove to florida and back like that without any problems.
