Hopefully the four pounds of venison on a bed of penne pasta didn't go to waste...lol.(Not funny but other than Emmeril, I've never heard a guy sound so proud of his lunch preperations.) Take care man.

He he he! It was so good, that even my mom, the consummate venison hater, had to grudingly admit that it tasted good! If I had told her before she started eating it that it was venison, I am SURE she would have refused to eat lunch! Dirty trick?? Naw, I just assumed my dad had already told her, and he assumed that I had already told her!

BTW, I got some more paint on this afternoon, and hope to get the bottom floor at least sealed before winter hits. Then, I'll move everything back in, and settle for a finished top floor. We'll finish off the downstairs in the spring just before the modfest. (no date scheduled.)
