FS: 18' open car trailer

Trailer is 1 year old. It has dual axle brakes, solid deck, breakaway box and is in great shape. Also have unused spare tire and wheel that matches what is on trailer. I only used the trailer 8-10 times in the past year, to Gingerman, Putnam Park, Mid Ohio and BeaveRun. Was used to tow a Firebird and I'm now looking at enclosed trailers.

Link below is to a picture of the trailer last summer. I'm in the Detroit area if you want to come by to see it for yourself.

Asking $1750.

Please email miketaylor68@comcast.net if you're interested.

hey mike, hows it goin? how much does your trailer weigh? how long are the ramps? does it have the jack up front? has brakes right? this is a little early for me, but maybe I can talk the old man into getting it now.

Things are doing fine here. Hope your engine is running again.

The trailer weighs 1700 lbs.

I don't remember the ramp lengths. I'll measure them and let you know.

Yes, there is a jack in the front of the trailer.

Dual axle brakes. Everything works great on it. I just need to get an enclosed trailer so I can store some things in it and save some room in the garage and make it easier on Sunday nights when I return home next season.

Nice trailer, Mike ! I envy.

BTW, that battery is working just fine for me. It's installed and starts the car every time!

Yeh, it's a very nice trailer but I may just trade it in at the trailer dealer if I don't get any real bites on it. The price of steel has gone way up and I don't think most people realize that when they're looking for a trailer. A quick check on new trailer prices will wake them up though.

Glad to hear the new battery is working for you.

Re: FS: 18' open car trailer

Trailer prices have gone up with the price of steel, I just bought a new 18' 10,000 pound open car trailer and I can simply say I paid a lot more than what it would have cost a few years ago. This sounds like a good deal for this trailer, I would jump on it if I didn't just buy a new one a few months ago. Good Luck selling it.

Dark Age 53, for some reason I didn't get an email saying this topic had been replied to. Sorry for the delay in answering. The brand is Anderson.

Also, to anyone reading this, if you have a 24'-28' enclosed trailer you're thinking of selling, I'm interested. Can't decide if it's worth it to buy new right now.
