Yeah Krispy that was me,
First time I went cruisin since early Nov.
Didn't race anybody last night just spun some rubber here and there.
There were a bunch of Cops but no more than normal for this time of year.
All in all it was a slow night.

I went out there friday, just to see what was going on and cruise. Seem like a decent number of ppl, but noone was doing anything interesting. There was a silver murader out there that was pretty cool, sounded nice, and a black cobra that seemed to have a little more than stock hp. Went to autorama last night(sat), too tired to do anything else, plus I was in my buddy's saturn (he's been beat by a minivan).

I thought gratiot was alright. It was the first time I was down there. I was in a 2000 red SS. I seen you guys at mickey d's, wish i would have known, i would have stopped. This guy in this black maybe 92 or 93 mustang kinda pissed me off though. I don't want to turn this into a kill story but im gonna vent. He pulled up next to me, and it sounded sweet, and we took off, i f***** up and missed a gear and off he went. So i pulled back up to him and he started shaking his head. So next we lined up at a light and we went. Up to about 80 i had him by about 2 cars and shut down. He pulled up, and i shook my head and asked him what happened. He said "all i do is spin, we need to go from a roll." So we did. Same result, he saw my tail lights. Now I don't have the fastest car, and I'll admit when i lose, but he was acting so cocky and it just kind of pi**ed me off. Anyway thanks for letting me vent. Telegraph sucked though.

so whos up for french rd. when the weather REALLY breaks (at least 50* at night). you guys seem to be pretty brave cause i dont even race on gratiot! french rd. is where its at, detroit cops do not give a dam like the soft, money hungry suburban cops do. on french theyll come thru and break things up but very rarely anyone gets a ticket for anything, and when they come thru if everyones just chillin and talkin then theyll keep goin, plus its much more safer than gratiot, and you dont have to worry about the hassle as much. ill admit the cars arent as top notch as 16/Groesbeck or Telegraph, but they DONT race there, and ide rather race then park anyday?

PS- PM me for directions

what exactly were your guys license plates so the police who frequent the board will know who to look for. not that gratiot matters or i suppose any other area since the best areas aren't talked about but you wonder why your getting harrassed so much. there is a reason why places aren't talked about in such a public way.....and it isn't just to keep young punk kids out.

it's unfortunate what happened to redline and their group meetings out on woodward. they really had a good thing going until it got out of hand. everyone and their brother with their daddy's cars would show up causing to many problems.
