Thanks TA, that kinda helped make the three days at the National F-body gathering worth while.

Transamtom, They shot the car this last weekend at the Indy event. When High Performance Pontiac did the feature back in 1995 it took 12 months to hit the stands.

Tom, good one

If it could go wrong it did!
Didn't brake a single part running the car down the track...
...because it never went down the track
* Tech pick me over but it was all ok by friday morning, thanks to loaner seat belts, and a next day air early am delivery from Jeff Goloc: ATI sfi balancer.
* Though oil leak was fixed but turned out to be something totally differant. Not a steering rack leak but a rubbed thru brake line
All taken care of with Matt Swindel running me all over Indy for loaner Pullers, installers, doubble flairing tools , and Parts
Test drive the car at 9pm friday=
Check Guages light coming on and with a quick look that um, Volts down around 8volts...WTFWTF
A brand new alt ad???
Saturday am running around for a replacement, installed run for a couple mins and its fn dead....MUTHF"R
back to the parts store
Get a bigger mother and back to the track and its on and running ok, then:
The Rain fell from the sky in friggen buckets and buckets, tornado sirens whailing and clouds dropping and looking pretty wierd all around... ya know those cool aqua green ones

So in all I'd have to say the Hp gods or something put me thru a wringer and I've never had a week/weekend like this going to a race.
Swindel said he's pretty sure the Title of "Jack Stand Matt" has been passed on to me after all this!.HAHAHAHa
AKA: JACKSTANDJEFF or JACKAZZJEFF you pick
Matt Buddy,
I've for sure seen You go thru it last summer Bro and Dam sure know what you went thru now!
The one thing thats kindaspooky, is that I wasn't on a run with a bad line on the brake system right??
CORRECT! But The night before we left for Indy I did take a trial run on the street and tested out a 275 shot Tune up in a second gear to third gear blast...on the street....god it could have been real bad!
So this weekend were going to finish the photo shoot out at the Pontiac Spring Dust off show in Davisburg due to only shooting the Coil pack conversion and underhood stuff between fix'n stuff.
Yes Highperpontiac/Gmhightech Will be in town covering that show guys and gals.
I have to thank John Tarvis, Matt Swindel, Jeff Goloc, Joe Valkco[SP?] for all the help and support...THANKYOU

Arrow Old news!

HR Hawk gettin' his car in a magazine or photo shoot is not new to him. He's been featured in quite a few articles.

The best I have ever done is have a story/picture written about all our vehicles being shod with BFG products. This was done by the BFG News letter. Never even could get a set of Drag Radials from them. BUTTSTEADS!

CORNGRATS again Hawk!

Hay I still have that "Team T/a News Letter" from BFG with your rides in it

The funny thing about the mag coverage over the years is once your in the book they don't shoot again ....
...unless your a CraZY bASTaGe and totally change the car every 2 or 3 years
So this will complete the "Trilogy"
The morphing of a F-body!
All Three Features have been shot/ written By Jeff Koch while at three differant publications...Thanks Koch!
CRAZZZZZZZY
