My Car Will Be There, Not Sure If I Will?

My car is at APE getting some work done. If it is ready I hope to pick it up on Saturday. That would be perfect with everyone being there. I would love to see the cars and shoot the S*&% with everyone.

I'll cross my fingers and hope it will be done so I can make it out there.

Heh, no prob. I am not sure if wideband will be available or not. I don't see why not though. Call Kirk or PM Tom (FSTR-THNU) over on the Motown Muscle board to find out for sure.

I think I will be making a run over there tomorrow to check it out. Hopefully it will be as nice as today.

Well, not that anyone cares or anything, but I'm gonna head out there tomorrow as well. See you all there! Looks like it'll be fun!

Thumbs up

Thanks Eric for letting us know about the dyno day. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I would have been happy if it was 40 hp less. my estimation was way off. Now all I need is a tune.

Dayum ur2slow! I wish I wouldn't have had to leave around 2, I would have loved to see that! Can't wait to see what it'll do with a tune. Great event today, I had a really good time there, even though I had to leave halfway through. Lots of niiiiiiice cars there, quite a turnout I must say. The parking lot looked like a car show, lol.

ur2slow,

Do you have any flow numbers on your heads? I have basically the same combo with Modern Musclecars ported heads that are SUPPOSED to flow 285/215 @0.600 and my car put down 349 on the Mustang dyno at Detroit Speedworks.

I don't think you want to hear this......Stock! I really can't believe it and wouldn't expect any one else to believe it, except for the fact that there were 25 or 30 other people there to witness it.
That and the piece of paper they handed me.

I should probably clarify, stock LT4, I think they flow 240ish, I'm not real sure. Also Greg at speedworks did go through my file and changed some things because it was barely running after I installed everything. No dyno tuning yet.

Was there a Larry there with a Firehawk I didn't get to meet?...

Just giving you a hard time Eric. Hey, if you get a chance to pull some stills off that video and send them to me I would really appreciate it. I was so excited that my car was next, after the long wait, I forgot to get my camera out of the car.

Thanks

-Jon
