alot better than at&t and if you get stalkers or prank calls they deal with them quick! Plus they have great deals right now!

I also know someone who had an experience with Sprint similar to Jason's. And he's right, they do mess with your credit if something goes down. I've been happy with Verizon, they've treated my family right so far.

I'll sell you Nextel or T-Mobile if you'd like.
(I am also a Sprint Dealer)

I have a few choice words about Sprint, but....... yeah.

Please don't go with Verizon. They are the enemy and I can't stand them AT ALL. Why oh why do they have so many DIFFERENT options. Nextel is simple, you ask for this, you get this. T-Mobile is the same way..... Other carriers... I would take a Mac 11 to my head if I had to sell them.

i had sprint back in the day and was fairly happy with my startac and it's setup. however i didn't like sprint as a service because of how they deal with customers. never had to much of a problem with the actual phone or it's service except for that it didn't work at my home. i changed phones when all the new color things came out and it was a huge mistake....problem after problem.

now i have a nextel and beyond the cost i'm happy. i don't particularly like how your stuck in a contract and to upgrade your phone it's cheaper to buy tires but i accept it.

have a few friends with verizon that don't care for it, seems very tempermental. in all reality i don't think any of them work as well as they should for the prices we pay but what can you do?

I've had Sprint over 4 years and the only issue that I have is that the reception inside buildings sucks. As for the guy on the $29 plan with $150 a month bills... something's wrong. I've had the same plan for 4 years and the only time it's over is if I make calls in Canada (roaming).

My friend has Nextel and says that she can't get a signal in Livonia at work (about a mile from your house). She hates it and it dumping it as soon as the contract is up. My wife has Verizon and other than the fact that her bill is $20 more than mine for the same service, it's ok.

My 2 cents.

I used to have Sprint. The phone service was okay but the customer service was terrible. I actually cancelled my account early and paid the fee I was so disgusted with their service. Not professional at all.

I switched to Verizon and I haven't looked back. My wife and I love it. Great phone service, great customer service.

My best friend has had Sprint for 6 months now. Service is great and there aren't any hidden charges. The coverage area leaves a bit to be desired, but the areas that are most travalled are covered. In fact, his Sprint phone is his home phone too.

Mine too. Why waste money on a land line when you can take your phone with you anywhere and not miss any calls. I don't even have a house phone..

I've had Sprint for about 4 years now and never had a problem with their service or customer service. Their Sprint stores however can go and suck it.
