Thanks To Both Of You

Thanks for your replies on my question. It's funny, I get better answers here than when calling a GM service dept and asking what the code means.

"Ahhhhh, That Code Means Trans Problem" Smart Aren't They.

How much would this affect the performance of the car?

Thanks,

Bill

why didnt you call me w/the code? I gave you my number. that is a slipping trans component I believe. not just a Trans problem. Im not a trans guy, so I dont ever deal w/that code, but I will ask my tranny guy at work what is commonly the culprit w/that code if you call me tomorrow to remind me. otherwise I will forget. very busy at work. maybe the tuneup stuff should hold off till we know whats up w/the trans. that kind of thing can get pricey real quick. you let me know though. I do have time tomorrow after work. I should be home from work around 6. call me if you want to set something up or to remind me to find out about that code.
