Can't you just call him?? That location is about 20-25 min from me, so it's not exactly "close"

 

I want to make sure it is him, calling is out of the question as he has already fled once, I do not want him to know until I show up with the court officer. I am hoping for someone pretty close that can check to see if a landscaper truck would be there maybe at different times of the day. Thanks
