Unhappy 9 Bolt Woes

Does anyone in the Detroit/Windsor area know anything about rebuilding the 9 bolt rearend? I've been told the posi unit can be rebuilt but have yet to find anyone who has had it done.

Mine is not working properly (slipping badly) and would rather rebuild if possible as its got to be sheaper than a new unit

Bob.
