NORTH North Jersey meetups... NJFBODY.COM
Bridgewater seems to be a growing success, but there has been some thought to alternate meetups (on a different day of the month) farther north, to cater to mostly Bergen County, surrounding areas, and anyone else that wants to join in. I know we have a lot of people around here with fbodys and I'm sure we could get the same response as Bridgewater has been getting.
I posted this topic on njfbody.com here: http://www.njfbody.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1068 Please have a look and give us your feedback either here, on njfbody.com, or both if you feel like it. This is NOT meant to interfere with the Bridgewater meets or exclude those of us that live in South Jersey; it's more of a njfbody chapter, if you will, for those of us that live in the Paramus/Hackensack/Oakland/Wayne and surrounding areas and don't want to drive out to Bridgewater.

at some point i think a bunch of the central jersey guys are gonna make a new meeting place somewhere in the mercer area happen most of the meets are 40+ miles away and just not feasible I'm thinkin either hooters on RT1 or possibly applebees accross the street since its got a rather large rear parking lot that im sure we could fill up on the right day
Yeah I hear that. It seems much more feasible to have a few local meetups around the state and maybe some big meetups a couple times a year where everyone would show up.
NJ F-body Association in the making.

We had ameeting awhile (long while) back at the Bordentown Ground Round and we got a huge croud. Easy access for the more south and PA crew too.
Then again, there's always plenty of places in the mercer area.

I've said it before I'll say it again. If it wasn't on a frigging tues. night. The guys from N. Jersey aren't going to travel down 287 at 5 pm at night in traffic to chill for 2 hours and then have an hour drive home. If this was on a Fri. or Sat. night it'd be different.
It's 25 miles alone to the border at either Stockton or Lambertville, and then the traffic. Saturday nights would be easier. But there's nothing local so I it's a hike no matter what so... I make it when I can.
