Mod-father is my hero.

Doing a hole shot out of the NJ turnpike tollbooth to cross the Delaware Bridge and "threading the needle" between two vehicles to beat them to the bridge while laughing didn't gain me any points with The Carol...
Trust me, it wasn't as close as The Carol screamed it was...

Re: New dyno results....

hehehehe...

Mod-father,

So I leave me Sister-in-laws residence, because my daughter is staying with them and her cousins for a few days and I had to drop a few things off, and my outlaw-brother-in-law and his daughter, my godchild, and her boyfrriend who drives am 80's SS Monte Carlo are standing outside admiring the "idle" of the 97 TA. So when I go to leave, I, naturally, have to leave a "signature" in the street.

Intially it seemed a bit sluggish on doing the burnout and then the car got all of the sudden crazy-skiddy-sideways but I was able to keep it all together and did a nice burnout for about three houses.

At the end of the block I realized I had done so from 2nd, instead of 1st. Bahahahahahhaha.

The cam is so cool, Mod-father!!!!

(it's the simplest of things that amuses me. )

Re: New dyno results....

HP sounds way way low. My neighbor put that exact same cam in his honda and made 600 RWP. Car runs low 8's with the cam only mod. Never been to the track but runs 8's....

Ron, nice mod and a nice pickup in HP. You know you only use those numbers as a base line. Keep on with the mods and the roll bar will be required. bahahhahahahh.

To quote ya' buddy...bahahahahahaha

C'mon. You know you'll want to keep modding the T/A, so go ahead and keep going!

Sure, you may be able to resist the urge to further mod the car for now, but sooner or later, you'll give in.

Re: New dyno results....

'cause sometimes when busting through the sound barrier, the front fascia heat shield doesn't hold up and then other stuff breaks from the excessive heat and noise.

So if that happens to me, it will be nice to just winch the car onto the trailer for the long ride back into Bucks County from the NHRA Space Center in E-town.

Don't you mean "I'm a clean-aholic"! Speed just keeps the dirt off!

Re: New dyno results....

ron, i wrote to israel. they are very interested in hiring you to apply the same amount of zaino to their tanks as you do to your car. in theory, a rpg round should slip off the zaino rendering it useless.

Wow, wouldn't that be The Job for me.

I would need to setup some drive-thru spray dispensers, couple of rotating buff pads... yeah, I could automate this... bahahahaha
