Need help with ignition problems in CT.

Hey guys, I've been having problems with my ignition system for the last 2 months or so, mainly the ignitin switch. I fixed the switch, but now I seem to have a random red wire hanging down under the dash. The car won't crank even with the new switch, so the wire has to be the problem. I've looked everywhere, but I can't seem to find out where it goes. It's a single red wire with a 1 prong connector and it says "PED 6" on it.

If any of you would be able to help me either by taking a look at it wiht me at my house or letting me look at your third gen (or if you'd do it and tell me where the wire goes that'd be great) then I'd appreciate it.

I'm in Tolland, about 5-10 minutes from Uconn, 5 minutes from Stafford Speedway, and only about 1 mile off exit 68 on I-84.

-Thanks, Brandon
