need front struts installed

Anyone know of a place that'll install the front struts on my '99 Z/28 in the Lower Bucks County area at a reasonable price ? I have a set of Bilsteins for the front & I've been around to several shops & a Chevy dealer & have been quoted prices from $250-$325 just for labor alone ! A buddy of mine works at a small shop that was gonna do them for $180 but their spring compressor didn't fit.
If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it,thanks.

even if you take the strut assembly out yourself, which isnt hard...just take the springs to a shop and have them do it for a few $$'s.
Then you'll need an alignment afterwards

I've tried that already since I did the rear shocks myself, but every place I've called so far has said they either do the whole job or nothing.I guess I'm just not asking the right people, maybe a few more phone calls are in order

Re: need front struts installed

hell if you bring it down to Warminster, i could get couple guys to compress hte springs and switch the shocks

Make sure you mark the way the assembly sits on the car before you pull the assembly out
