My brothers S-10 goes 11.91!!!!!!

11.91 @ 58.0mph in the 1/8 that is, lol. It has to be the slowest car in the world. It was almost impossible to figure out where and how I should run it.We only had 2 time shots, so the first one I left just like I do in the camaro. Wow, I never realized it before, but I hit the gas and the car didnt move for 20 min... results were a .522 light. A perfect light at Cecil is .000. So second time shot I left on the SECOND yellow and still went .082, lol. First round of eliminations I thought I had it in the bag, cut a great light and both time shots the truck went 11.91, 11.92. >021 light and the truck goes 12.02 lol. You just cant win can ya, hehe. AIS yesterday at Cecil county was still fun. I ran the truck because my camaro just isnt ready. The track was wet int he morning and we had to wait for them to dry it, but the shutdown area was still wet so they only opened up the 1/8 mile. The good news is that thanks to Jim, I now have a new set of wheels for the car. 15x10 draglites for the back and I already have 15x3.5's for the front. Now I just have to find some tires for them. Cant wait to try them out.

Brian, sounds like a cover page for gm high tech. I had fun at Cecil even though I drove the trailblazer like a puttz. I was totally unable to adapt to the 1/8 mile. Hey I finally got into the 10's.

Yeah that 1/8 mile stuff had me all screwed up too, the first pass I made with it this year I ran a 8.2 with a 2.05 60'. I checked my previous best slips and I think that would equal somehwere between a 12.8-12.9 in the 1/4. I guess it was good that they were looking out for everyones safety but I really wanted to make some full runs, it was a good time anyway
