Post I will never ever go back to Dragway 42 again.

I wasted $10 to get into that dump tonight. Maybe Im spoiled because of Norwalk, but how can they even call that a track? My friend thought he blew up his rear end its so bumpy at the end of the track. Is it even a full 1/4 mile?

lol. You're lucky you live closer to Norwalk. For me 30 min vs. hour 15. norwalk is definitely the nicer track but 42 isnt THAT bad. Thompson was THAT bad, at least last year.

Yes it is. They really fixed up good. The driveway on the way is is now paved, the staging lanes were redone. They re-graded the track and re-paved it. Plus I heard there's more coming. Thompson is looking pretty good these days.

Read my post about Island Dragway in NJ. That place was the crappiest place I've ever seen. NO traction at mid track. When you can't hook up a mostly stock 2.73 geared car its BAD. They had cones setup up directing you away from the "good" groove at the starting line. Oh it was FUN launching on the shoulder then having to make a quick turn to get down the center of the track. What a joke. Oh yea............a pro-tree on street race night?? Is this track run by retarded people??
