Congratulations!!! The 68's are my favorite 1st gen. How'd you like to score a T56 swap to go along w/ that 406? Or a complete LT1/T56 swap so you could stay w/ fuel injection?

Later,

Steve.

Mike,

I can appreciate staying w/ a carb. It is certainly much simpler and does keep the engine bay more wide open.

I have a T56 w/ ~40k on it. I had it rebuilt before I put it in my '95TA. It was rebuilt w/ carbon fiber blocker rings and a steel 3-4 shift fork. Since the rebuild it has ~750 miles.

What I have is: T56, flywheel, clutch, new pressure plate and throwout bearing, shifter, hydraulics, poly trans mount, bell housing and cross member. I'm asking $1,500+shipping for all of this. You and I are close enough that shipping would not be necessary.

I'm not using this because I've stepped up my power level and bought my friend's D&D T56.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks,

Steve.
