Cool 97TA out and about...

Drove the 97TA today. Stopped by Second Street Speed in Perkasie to arrange for a dyno-tune in November. Most cool to romp around for a few hours.

Lookin’ good ! ! !

I was just speaking with Bill Hunsberger yesterday. I've got my car up for sale on ltxtech.com, and needed some info on what a potential buyer would have to do to download the MoTeC ECU software, and whether Second Street still had copies of my nitrous tune from 20 years ago.

Hey Fred, nice to "hear" from you again.

I'm in the process of fading myself out of work, completely out of IT and just doing some web-based coding for a few hours a month. So I "found" the 97TA in the garage, did a bunch of coats of Zaino polish and did a few car shows in the area. Then thought about hitting a track again. So got a new helmet with current Snell rating and then, on a lark, reached out to Second Street Speed. Had to drive up there to firm a date with Bill, Nov 4th. Figure if the dyno tune happens, I will probably visit Island and see if the car touches 11's.

I wish you best of luck in selling the Formula. A sweet piece that car is. Just way too much car for my blood. lol.
