XE, XE-high lift, XE-R, XFI Cam Lobes...Who knows what the differecnes are?

Looking for a good detailed explanation of the following Comp Cam lobe profiles:
XE
XE-high lift
XE-R
XFI

I want to understand which are the easiest and which are the hardest to control the valves. Which tend to provide the most power and which are brutal on valvetrain. Any other additional info is appreciated.

Thanks guys.

I hear the xfi's are hard on the valvetrain, I run the 280xfi and so far no problems with anything, and the car runs very strong. If you set up a very tough valvetrain it will control it fine, I run comp Hi-tech pushrods, ls7 liftes, comp NSA Promags with guidplates, and crane 99893 springs. I rev the car too 6500 with no valve float. Still awaiting track times with this set-up Last time out the stock fuel pump took a dump dont think it could keep up with the injectors.
