xe 230/236 + stock heads/ dyno numbers inside

just got back from the dyno and the numbers werent what i expected. but my car is really, really lean. i still managed to pull 322hp but the tq was a bit high around 440. so that was prolly a mistake but i guess i shoul see almost 350hp/360tq to the wheels when i get everything worked out. i guess my tune is off, or my fuel system sucks, but my car just flat out pulls all the way to the 6400 rpm limiter. everything is different on the street i guess. can someone host the dyno sheet so everyone can take a look at it including Alvin so he can fix the tune. thanks

not bad. when my last water pump went out on the dyno taking my opti w/ it, I dynoed 318/330 @ 4900rpms, since then Ive put in a elec wp and should be about where you are, I was hoping for 340rwhp. where is Palmview? I just ran before suspension mods a 13.4@104.9 w/ a 2.0 60' at altitude of 3100ft w/ a DA of 5800+ that day... should be a mid-low 12 at ennis or houston. We will see tomorrow w/ built suspension

The high torque reading was do to a torque spike during the dyno run...

Nice #'s through your A4 though (especially if your car needs a tune),

that isn't to bad my friend made 343 rwhp with about the same set up however he was leaning out to I would guess if you get a new fuel pump it would really help your numbers. However those are just number if it performs good at the track I wouldn't get worked up about it.

I dynoed 341hp 327tq with stock heads and midlength headers. (Torque seems kind of low though?) This was only going to 5800rpms and @ 14.9:1 A/F. I think I'm gettin valve float up top cause it seems to be missing/stumbling at 5800. Could also be opti, coil, etc etc.

BTW, what valve springs are you running?

i as soon as i get some $$$ im going to buy a Racetronix fuel pump and some 30lb injectors cuz in the winter im getting some LE2 heads or something from AI. im wondering though, when i sent my chip back to Pcm4less i noted that i use 104 race fuel at the track, if i get some of that will my A/F go down? dont remember off the top of my head but i believe my A/F was at 16-17.5, so i know that there is a lot left in the setup.

You may have some KR too seing as how you can crank the timing up wit racefuel. Check with Alvin to see if his tune is based on the racefuel...

i just posted over in the speeddenstiy.org and if everything was tuned with the race fuel then im going back with it and get some track times. im hoping everything is fine, but i'll just have to wait till Alvin gets back to me.

I assume this is a stock short block -cam?? Nice numbers reguardless, the torque almost looks like a 50-75 shot.
what does a stock Z put down @ the wheels? (comparison)
