i have a 95 pontiac formula with sfc, driveshaft saftey loop, and an x-brace from g-2, right now i have mac shorty's and was wondering if i have to get rid of my x-brace to do hooker long tubes w/ true duals and bullet mufflers... would like to do 3 in. back from headers

 

doesnt your DS loop mount in the same spot as the x-brace? usually its one or the other....

the x-brace doesnt really do all that much

 

My xbrace has been long gone. No issues

 

really i thought it stiffened it up quite a bit... so i can keep the x-brace if i do LT?
