Would turning motor over by flexplate cause spun bearing ???
My car hasnt been started since late august cuz the trans
has been out of it . I turn the motor over by hand and flexplate
2 3/4 turn once a week to keep the valve springs from fatiguing
because the size of cam I have in it . Would this cause ANY problems
from me doing this because theres no oil circulating to the top
of the motor ? Thanks in advance

I can't see it being any problem.
If you want to move some oil turn it over with the starter after removing the pcm fuse and crank till you see the oil pressure come up. Don't get carried away or you will cook the starter. A friend has a kill switch on his Impala where he never lets it fire till it has oil pressure, starter actually handles it amazingly well. I am not really convinced that it is necessary with normal use of a car but can see a benifit for a motor sitting long term.
